Exactly! That is why I posed the question yesterday. What did he do, or pay, or bring to the table to become a shareholder?  There is a reason for sure. What is it?

Did he win a case against Google or at least bring a settlement/agreement? (talent/skill)

Is there some on going legal stuff that generates revenue? ( royalty management fees )

Did he pay cash for his shares?  ( windfall from a settlemen/ageement/deal percentage fee paid by a mega rich company) 

i believe eDigital is not Tony's only client, but how much money has he made on cases from other clients..? Just a wonder.

And the date of the merger, October is not that far off from the time those Google papers "vanished" !

And with all these questions I keep wondering who would be selling at under 4 cents and why?
