I noticed the date of the IP division was October, 2016. When was the Google deal? When were the two new board members added?

And now we can add the addition of a "fastest growing law firm" to the mix of things that happened all around the time referred to as the "inflection" point. What and why would such a law firm be keen on bringing Tony and the others into their mix?
