Why?
No future lawsuits? Would Tony keep eDigital as a client seperate from new clients with GM? That would mean they recognize his talents.
If he is a shareholder I would think he would want to increase revenue with more not less lawsuits.
Unless eDigital is going to disappear or be absorbed by some other company???? Is Tony's talent not needed much longer ?
