Plank feels the stock price has almost nothing to do with the value of the company

Plank believes we have plenty of ways to grow the company.

Homer believes that the current stock price has everything to do with the lack of success of the company at monetizing patents for the past 15 years give or take and very little to do with the actual value of the patents in the hands of a larger company with endless resources.  IMO Edig has been negotiating from a position of weakness for a long time and accepting low settlements just to keep the doors open.  In the hands of the right company these patents should command more respect.

Homer also believes that WE have proven that we cannot grow the company and it is time to sell to the highest bidder and let them develop the patents to their highest value.  No idea what that price would be but certainly should be much higher than where we currently are.
