Thanks for the recap. There has been a lot that has happened over the last year for sure, but for better or worse, only the folks on this board are aware.

I believe that the new BOD members options are all underwater at present, so am trusting they want to see them some number greater than the strike price.

BTW I should make that "you" above a plural one to acknowledge the other much appreciated "miners of data dn knowledge" relative to this stock
