Just wondering if e.Digital & HANDAL are waiting for Patent # 13/759,353 to be published before unleashing the next round of litigation???

Or... before finalizing details of some other alliance or cobranding or something... ???

I have more questions than answers.. it seems.

Patent # 13/759,353 has a lot to do with online PURCHASEs according to the description.
