in Plank's opinion, TM classifications below are a good review in light of application '353s allowance ...with publication and issuance coming soon, probably this Tues in Plank's opinion...Plank printed out the detail separately as the paste was cutting off part of definitions...recommend comparing below to "claims" in '353 that have been allowed and will be published soon.
