I'd appreciate some help here. If it actually happens, would this be the first CC hearing completed since Handal took over the legal stuff? Most of the settlements, if not all, seem to have occurred before that process had a chance to play out, completely. There have been so many requests for postponements and other delaying tactics, I've lost track. If it is the first one with Handal the outcome would be profoundly important.

We have never completed a CC hearing and a trial subsequent to that hearing (with Handal). I have mixed feelings about the prospect. :>):>)
