'm sorry but I'm not aware of what was or wasn't on the patent office website regarding eDigital and Google. Nor am I aware of any public disclosure regarding the existence of a license between eDigital and Google.

It seems a bit a bit of a disingenuous statement on the CEO's part given all that has been shared and is known here (perhaps he considers the USPTO to be a non public entity?) Still, thanks for sharing his response.
