'm sorry but I'm not aware of what was or wasn't on the patent office website regarding eDigital and Google. Nor am I aware of any public disclosure regarding the existence of a license between eDigital and Google.

Not at all sure what if anything this means but he responded to my post inquiring about the existance or lack of a deal with Google within about 45 minutes.  Sometimes doesn't answer, sometimes the next day or two, this he responded to quickly--anyone's guess.
