While I appreciate the comments of those who conclude that the company does not need to share infromation with the investors, the question/comment posed is exactly why such things are materiial IMO. How can any normal investor make a intelligent bet in a stock that is completely opaque about its basic operations and income prospects? Is this meant to be a complete crapshoot investment?

Oh well, not going to change the operation direction of powers that be with comments made here.
