These three cases are consolidated for pre-trial purposes only, through and including claim construction.

The Court will determine whether additional consolidation is appropriate following claim construction. The initial case management conference and statement due date in e.Digital Corporation v. Utility Associates, Inc., Case No. 3:16-cv-06945-JST, are vacated. The Court adopts the schedule proposed by the parties in their joint case management schedule at ECF No. 78, page 13, with the following additions and amendments:
