I told him about the post on the internet regarding the IPR with Google being cancelled and that it included verbage saying that Edig and Google had reached a settlement and license agreement. I asked him if that was true or not--this is his response:
'm sorry but I'm not aware of what was or wasn't on the patent office website regarding eDigital and Google. Nor am I aware of any public disclosure regarding the existence of a license between eDigital and Google.
