I asked RP if attempting to do business with a large company posed a problem for EDigital considering it was small company with a checkered financial record.

His answer: No longer....The success of the DP completely wiped any concerns that a large customer might have as to EDig ``being around`` for the long haul and in fact that concern has never been brought up by anyone lately...

As far a Wencor is concerned, BOW is very low on the radar of EDig. The first reason being is the limited potential of the IFE busniness and the enourmous potential of the business that will generated from the eVu. He did state though that BOW was waiting around to see the eVu and its capabilities....That is a meanifull statement if one wishes to read between the lines. RP did say, again and again, that BOW was a good customer and as long as it makes good business sense for Edig we will still do business with him.

I also asked if it were the case that ``doing business with BOW was no longer possible would EDig go, or has EDig been in contact with any other entities to offer an alternative to BOW`s IFE product which at that time will no longer be made by EDig`` Of course I received ``RP Speak`` but it was an interesting answer. An answer that made me ``feel`` (only my opinion here) that some thing was up in that arena. He said ``EDig will look into that subject when and if we no longer do business with BOW``

You can take it for what is worth but my feeling is that subject has been discussed by the powers to be and feelers have been put out to see if that were to be viable. That is one reason why BOW has not cut EDig off yet. With the introduction of the eVu (damn, typing that really stinks. I am going to call it just the VU from now on) BOW now has a formidable competitor for the handheld IFE business with a much better product that he has at present..
