Plank "believes" that both Arcsoft and ibaby settled in the last quarter.

iSmart did not settle at Mediation.  It's claim construction hearing is set this Feb 28th 3:30 Pacific time.  "We" filed our Reply to the Defendant's Response to our Claim Construction Brief, three weeks early...we filed this Reply Feb 3rd.  It was not due until Feb 23rd.  In the Pineapple Under the Sea, never seen it.

Everyone has to appear in Court 3 days before the iSmart claim construction hearing (Markman)...think there and then, the Judge will look like he has one eyeball.....Just a lowly hypothetical, opinionated, Plank's been around the block comment.
