If, maybe, hope, pray...........Qcom recently sold Gimbal, this Nunchi child sounds very similar--could Qcom have sold Gimbal because they believe that Nunchi is superior and a deal could be in our future with them?  To the best of our knowledge no money changed hands when the Google settlement and license agreement was signed.  Could Edig delivering the patent extensions and refinements that Google wants possibly trigger payments or heaven forbid a buy out?
