Remember the digEcor suit?

EDIG was sued for failure to supply batteries.

At some point during I think this 4 year ordeal, whoever our attorney was, out of pocket, shut RP up. None of us had Pacer accounts back then, maybe silversurfer....don't remember, but as of Mar this year, it marks 9 years we have gotten all but a smidgen of our info from Pacer.

There were some PR'S during the TX 7,  a few during CO 19, then DM shut it down.

Seems to me, LGJ and sman will remain keeping busy.

As for the Q3 report due mid Feb, hope there is some meat as LGJ said, or the long faces will remain.
