It is interesting that you found all of those discussions. I actually forgot about that exchange but you can see that I can get pretty excited when the media talks in half truths.

I know in the Katrina case what Houston did for several hundred thousand people of Louisiana without using race, religion, etc. as a criteria for anything.

Not many of the other states stepped uo right away and few even later. We are still looking for the money fema owes us as are many individuals.

One has to understand Louisiana and its people/polititians to really put the pieces together. I`ll leave it at that.

They (the media)love to show the dark side of any event, including war, but rarely show any of the good. This has and still is what they report on Katrina, its their style.

You are right about our country, America is the greatest and it turns me off when I hear anyone disgrace our country.
