Wencor saw the value of the digEplayer and the potential of portable/embedded IFE enough so that they bought APS and created digecor.

I think they are finding it a tougher go than they originally thought this time last year, however their projections of Q-1 2006 remain to be seen.

It will be interesting to see if EDIG engages another Wencor-type partner in their efforts to penetrate the healthcare markets or if they deal directly with them on their own. It would appear they are going it alone when they speak of wider margins. That brings to mind the ever plaguing problem of how they finance manufacturing. Do hospitals front the manufacturing costs or does EDIG acquire its own financing when contracts/orders are in hand?

I hope we get answers to the direction this is headed in our business and product update.
