Thanks for posting the update. It is much appreciated. Maybe someday these defence folks will tire of the game of resistance to reasonable requests based on what I have read and what has been said here by people much smarter than I am.  

Sadly I have been increasingly reminded by all of these legal machinations of the following line by Shakespear written for McBeth:

"Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing."
