It seems to me, e.Digital is trying to FAST TRACK these settlements now.... Handal must feel STRONG about the NUNCHI Patent settlements... in my opinion, of course.  It only took 3 months from filing to the start of ADR... Alternative Dispute Resolution.  A much quicker process for sure.  

All of the above is my opinion and worth about the price of a Starbucks coffee at Frapee hour...LOL

Stay tuned, as more will be revealed.  It would not surprise me to see several more cases filed soon.  But, what the hell do I know.  I am as much in the dark as the rest of us shareholders... an Opinion is all I have.  I sure would like to see some factual information soon... WHAT SAY YOU FRED?
