Your are welcome Pravda, I am confident that the number that I posted is close enough for the back of the napkin figuring that you are attempting.  IMO, the two main things in determining future value are verified income and the likelihood of it continuing and the multiple that the market assigns to that income stream.  If Edig can start to report a reliable income stream the market will value it.  Right now it is impossible to say.  No one on the outside has enough information to even make an educated guess.  IMO, the market is smarter than anyone.
