Appreciate your concerns, Truth  (Pravda... and let us not forget Isvestia  :-)

It is my hope that the company will have royalties coming from licenses sold. The royalties could far exceed the license fees over time.

Tessera (TSRA) has become a patent factory. They make nothing but IP and license for fees and with royalties. They have made aquisitions of companies that developed products but even those are tied to licenses and royalties I believe. Their focus is however on hardware (IC packaging) so I don't think EDIG would be of interest to them but they do know how to invent, litigate and license.

Someday (I hope) the management will share some more detail of their thoughts both with shareholders and the larger investment community at some of the investment conferences that are routinely held and attended by other companies developing new technologies.  It is there that they make the case for investing in their concepts and future.

However since there is virtually no istitutional investment in EDIG, the company would, I think,  likely have to sell them authorized but unissued shares which would dilute the little guy shareholders, such as everyone here. (corrections or other opinions as to how instituional  investors might be brought in are welcome)

I am ok with that so long as it raises the profile of the company and its technologies to a level where the larger investment commmunity can see what is happening and gage for themselves what the future might hold. We are largely off the radar of institutional investors it seems to me.

The thoughts and comments of others on the matter are welcomed and valued
