IMO, a settlement fee will show up in the Q, it may be more difficult to tell if there will be ongoing licensing fees.

I would welcome information about a water sensor product but am not counting on it.

I am encouraged by the addition of the two new board members, however I believe the disclosures were to state that they are new board members and that neither has purchased 10% of the company. At todays stock price that would be a financial commitment of just over $2 million--hard to imagine that a brand new board member would step up to that degree.
