Not sure about all that, but Jerry and son Eric are good people. Had it not been for Jerry helping us financially, where would be today....imo, bk and gone.

Eric's placement on the BOD was very timely, I met him, had non confidential chats with him before and after shm's, he is a good guy in my book.

Anyway, we move on with some new additions to the bod....fine as I see it.
