Since he is not the primary sales representative and has not been the primary sales representative for quite some time per your post, I would say ``Thank you, Atul`` and ``Thank you, Willy.`` Fred will have had very little effect on the deal. He is not a results driven sales professional....and that`s as nice as I will put it on this board. I like the fact that this board can be critical without sounding like other jackass posters. I will honor the Agora rules, but I will also post what I believe based on experience.

Frank, I agree that opinions are like noses, we all have one. We can agree to disagree on this one.

I have spoken to ole Fred and to RP and to Atul and to Collier and to multiple engineers at EDIG over the years. EDIG has mostly quality people that are good at what they do. Ole Fred may be a quality person. I do not know him personally. He is not a quality sales professional. The results speak for themselves. I actually know more than nuttin` about OEM / ODM sales into the CE marketplace as well as other specialty markets.

Sometimes, nice guys finish last. Fortunately for all of us, EDIG does not depend on Fred to save our bacon by making a deal actually happen. I believe our bacon has already been saved via Atul and Willy (and a host of engineers), but we will not see the results for many months. Wencor will hang on for a while and the new focus should produce results outside the CE marketplace where EDIG can sell their wares at higher margins. Atul started it and Willy has the potential to make it happen, IMO.

That`s my story and I`m stickin` to it...at least for today.... or until the EDIG world changes again. I think the next change will be for the better. However, as far as that goes, I still know less than nuttin.`
