I believe Fred bought 500,000 shares in late August 2000 when EDIG was trading at around $5.32/ share exercising options and owing taxes for over 1M on that transaction. That was about 2 1/2 months before Learnout and Hauspe (The Dutch Company specializing in speech recognition that Intel had partnered with) was caught for cooking the books and went bankrupt. Intel had invested 20M in them and was developing a device called the Nuk which used their speech recognition and our technology.
