Exactly so... as they have done in the past. Given the current share price, I don`t see any reason they should hold off on releasing significant news if they had any to release. That is why I doubt there are any done deals yet. Even assuming there will be some sort of MV trial come January, that doesn`t necessarily equate to a large and valuable order - nor does it guarantee the trialing entity will commit to one in the future. Hence the quiet... and it will stay quiet (except maybe for some useless guidance*) until they can turn potential sales into real sales (in the form of a decent-sized order). It could still be a long time before we see that. The good news is that the share price can`t go much lower.
