``IT ALL BOILS DOWN TO THE $$$$$$, SHOW ME THE MONEY.``

Frank`s report from Poway is good news. Of course, any information is good to get since we have some large time gaps between news releases. Let`s remember EDIG is an OEM / ODM, not a branded product.

If the past has tought EDIG anything, it is simply to keep their mouths shut until a deal can be announced. Keeping the specifics on any deal quiet is very important. However, giving guidence should be much more common. IMO, EDIG has given us some of the pieces to the puzzel -- especially in light of Frank`s visit / report.

IMO, we have a chance to get back into the game. It will be months, many months, before the we are shown the money. A quick fix is very unlikely.

In 20 years of OEM business I have never come across a branded customer that states, ``Hey, we`ll buy your stuff and tell the world you did it, not us.`` That is not a great marketing hook unless you have ``Intel inside.``

Today, we KNOW only the above ``...we expect fiscal 2006 annual revenues and business to exceed fiscal 2005 revenues and business...`` For now, that`s very good news. More is needed, but not likely to be a fast and furious pps rocket. When we see Q over Q profits, we`ll see proportionate pps appreciation, IMO. I believe it is possible, but not soon.

That will have to hold us over until the Willy Work Ethic kicks in. I doubt ole Fred has a clue about what an impressive work ethic looks like. If he had a clue, we would not be looking at $0.07. Let`s hope Fred`s new job as the highest paid admin assistant in the world works out well for the shareholders. Reviewing payroll and sending email purchase orders that are written in the Engineering Dept is not exactly a $155,000 a year gig -- even in CA.

Hey Willy, sold something?

My WAG is yes.

Of course, I know less than nuttin`
