It's not just about e.Digital....it's about form 18 now a confrontational issue of FRCP 84....it's now a barricade with a main focus for all pursuing a complaint of IP infringement.

Someone has to break it....are Handal and Hedrick smart enough to set a new precedence in law for one size fits all in the face of form 18?

Or will it be, one size does not fit all, with a laborious effort to over come for each independent case to present a complaint?

IMVHO, Its diffidently political with a direct focus on IP infringement issues.
