If the issue was IBaby's failure to provide the discovery necessary to demonstrate plausability , EDIG would surely have brought that before the court. There's no evidence that happened is there?

We're still not sure what the court found wanting in EDIG's complaint are we? We have a lot of possibilties but nothing definite.
