after a few emails back and forth between us, the 3rd party provider who sends out PR's, had some technical issue, preventing the PR from hitting our email accounts.
Kevin at the office, figured out what happened over the weekend, then had them resend Monday mid morning, Pacific time.
Hopefully in identifying the issue, it will prevent same problem from a repeat.
I told Fred, it's your fault this happened...lol...he replied, haha it always is!
