It has not vanished. It is verified from public filings.

Here is the reference to the"Confidential Settlement Agreement and License Agreement" that the Google's lawyers filed as an updated Exhibit list.....in the IPR case (the patent and trademark appeal board--also resolved...our two district court cases have been dismissed against Dropcam and Nest--they were separate cases)...this Exhibit list filing was NOT confidential although you cannot see the entire IPR case at all now as the case is terminated....due to settlement.-- the settlement agreement itself was filed as confidential so below is the info that was public.
