Secrecy none the less, where, IMVHO, Google slipped up....where the PTAB conveniently shut down the e.Digital NUNCHI IPR's immediately. This did not happen immediately for the 108 IRR's as they were accessible for a long time after their conclusions.

There is nothing else to it... other than that.
