Yes, to be clear on that....Ivideon is up against the wall....they move forward or die.

One way or the other, I'd rather see a fast settlement and collect royalties of some kind, as opposed to nothing on a last resort " default judgment"...

Ivideon would get barred from the US market with an injunction of its products.....and we would get nothing.

I'd rather get something.....and they, if possible, flourish.
