I feel the court pulling the plug on the hearing 10 days early....is in making the defendant make up their mind which way they want to proceed.

default judgment......(the judge being stern as to "I don't need to listen to this sh** with a hearing")...to a degree he's allowed the issue to sleep....but has it in his mind how he's going to rule when he needs to.

Or settle.

He's allowing the parties to work it out...where the 18th deadline is not the defining moment.

I feel e.Digital would rather have an agreement....but, as a last resort....the alternative.
