This may not appear to be a server but it has programs in it that work with sensors and when notified it uses a telecom data system to notify a family member who inturn most like answers on a cell ph.

We know that, as simple as this seems, it fits this description: ''or other storage medium locally or remotely accessible to processor.'' And it's '' Executed by a processor.''

I know we have bigger fish to fry, but just saying - and exemplifying my thoughts.
