I was at Home Depot yesterday and asked a worker about smoke detectors. He was very informative and helpful and talkative. Having seen a display about the Nest products for smoke detection I asked if they were selling. He told me they were very popular. He explained they work with your cell phone and an app. He went on to say that you can check on your place when you are away from home. I asked him again if they were selling and he told me he was selling lots of them ( they were listed at $100.00 each and you had to take a card of the image to the register to pay and get the actual product) and then he told me a man came in yesterday and bought 12 of them because his wife insisted! ( $1,200.00 plus tax ! )

Questions to myself: EDIG inside? EDIG entitled to a royalty? Selling lots of them means popularity and demand ... reminded me of the iPOD days... a royalty times lots of products sold equals how much belongs and is due to EDIG? This is just one example of our tech in just one IoT product!!!
