In order to expedite prosecution , applicants have amended the claims to recite “the monitored activity comprising seeking access to another device “ Neither Aaron nor Muquit individually or combined teach or disclose this claimed subject matter.
The claimed subject matter is novel and non-obvious given Aaron and Muquit, because the cited art missing key elements as arranged and provide no TSM as to the claimed subject matter.
Thus , independent claims 12 is allowable . Claims 33, 38 , and 40 are allowable for at least same reasons as claim 12, claim 13 , 15-16, 18-20, 25-32,34-37 and 42.
