In my conversation with FF about your concerns he indicated this attitude between BOW and EDig was open, understood by both parties and was continued by necessity.

I`ve run my own business since 1981. Never have I found it helpful to publicly trash a customer, even in an indirect manner as FF is now doing to BOW. If you have enough customers, there will always be some personality clashes with one customer or another, and some of them have a clash with everybody. So you grit your teeth and smile all the while.

If anybody publicly dissed a customer like that, I`d fire them. Maybe this goes a long way to explaining why edig gets a lot of promising business relationships started, but they never reach their potential. Think about it ... the list of failed starts is pretty impressive. What could be causing that?
