the statement was contained in the Joint Motion to terminate IPR due to settlement. Plank believes, but cannot verify or confirm, that the statement is referring to any known or expected litigation (IPR) related....IPRs are litigation....too. This statement was from a PTAB filing, not a Pacer filing.
