Did they hide the Google settlement because:

* It was so piddly-run-of-the-mill they were embarrassed ie., 1 time settlement

* Other casses will not know its conditions, ie., for best deals

* It has settlement fee and royalties

* There's a partnership in the works; other cases need to clear

* A buyout is being structured; google is quietly buy in

* They believe Microsoft will step in per IPR
