The last shm was a virtual one, Sept 3, 2015....as you know.

The company must hold a shm every 2 years. They slipped once going 3, in which they announced they errored and would no longer do so.

There have been times they held meetings consecutive years, on and off since going public.

The meeting cost in excess of $75K, primarily the printing and mailing expense of proxy materials, thus they encourage stockholders to sign up for electronic delivery via their brokerage/portfolio investment firm.

I won't address your scenario, because it does not exist.....

Fred has always said publicly, if there is something significant to share, providing funds are available, regarding consecutive yearly meetings, he will, however; he will not sandbag any developments he is allowed to share with the public.....meaning....

He will do PR's, not wait for the next shm.
