USPTO Program May Help Patent Applicants Avoid Rejections

Law360, New York (July 14, 2016, 8:17 PM ET) -- A new U.S. Patent and Trademark Office program may make it easier for patent applicants to get their applications allowed after final rejections and avoid the expense of appeals by providing them with valuable opportunities to meet with examiners to plead their cases, attorneys say.
