For the iBaby issue it's not going to come down to Judge Tigars integrity. What it comes down to is a pre determined issue by the Supreme Court.

He can justify in some logical manner his objection to the SP ruling...if that his mind set....however, as I stated in a previous post...if he does, and it benefits e.Digital, it will be appealed by the defendant.

Federal appeal...then back to the Supreme court ...= 5 yrs...

It's the super stale mate....

It's like there is no law at this juncture.....the upset of FED 84 is a super deal.....and I think I read 4 companies, one being e.Digital, are behind the eight ball on this matter. The four judges are all up against it.
