IMO, it's safe to say Pat is probably award shares in addition to a handsome hourly fee for his duties. All patents are turned over to the company, just like it would be if an employee invents something, the company owns it. This is a condition of Pat's contract and it's been discussed at shm's.

Kevin Bostenaro is the chief engr. His name appears every now and then over the years as a co- author of a patent, but not lately that I recall. He's a very nice guy.

Pat saved the company ala Nunchi, hopefully microSignet shines one day too.....plain and simple.

Without Pat, imo wed be toast.
