Just a guess here, Edig would have to honor the handful of agreements currently being worked on for Nunchi and the exclusivity aspect with Google would be going forward. So far the other companies are small potatoes and probably not a concern for Google. Could this by why Edig stated that they no not plan any additional suits regarding the patents in question at this time?
