Thanks....now I remember wanting to know why the dismissal winds up with prejudice for EDIG and without prejudice for Google. I believe this has occured in other settlements as well. Maybe this is typical in this type of proceeding and not particulary significant.

I know what these situations mean. What I don't know is why the distinction?
