Dish...if not for the Google 1025 exhibit heading....we'd all be struggling with the civil case headings e.Digital filed, that combined with company sentiments of the SEC filings.

Looks like SP had real concern to be there, and no one opened the door just to normally answer the door and shoo away an uninvited guest or solicitor. What if there was some kind of problem needing attention?

Anyway, because of the company sentiments made and filed with the SEC ....everyone wants to know...are we still in business?
