Agree our IP is in uncharted waters pertaining to valuation - IoT is already enormous headed for gigantic. I just returned from 2 wk vacation touring China and I'm still stunned from the number of smartphones/tablets that everyone has their head stuck too - no one looks up anymore - kinda of sad actually.

IMO, if and when our board/company decide to sell - I would like for the agreement to include a window to seek superior proposals from other parties. I'm guessing we'll be thrilled.
